Ryan Smith of Lowcountry Residential Builders retained CBS Web Designs to realize his vision for his firm’s new home community, Linnen Place in Mt. Pleasant.
He didn’t want anything that was in his words, “flashy.” He wanted “something simple to use, that allowed people seeking information to find it quickly.” Taking inspiration from the architectural details of the homes, CBS developed Linnen Place’s logo. CBS Web Designs also created the marketing color palette, which is based on the colors of aged copper.
As part of our charge, CBS Web Designs designed and developed a WordPress based website which provides a complete content management system. We also completed the graphic design of the community lot map, area location map. The firm wrote copy for the site and pulled together area information and presented that on the site. Search engine optimization was performed for each page while in development.
Shortly following the site’s debut, one of the new home Realtors representing the community commented to Ryan, “This site is so much easier to use than the $30,000 dollar site created for the last new home community I sold.” This comment pleased not only Ryan Smith, but CBS Web Designs.
